We will also talk about current affairs and making small talk. The course includes special activities related to the business areas of the students too. The topics include consultancy, HR, sales and marketing, finance and banking, and information technology.

In this course we will take a look into a balancing yoga. We will build asana sequence, suitable for every individual to approach equilibrium of body-mind. Your teacher will give you options for rhythm and asanas but you will be the main guide for your practice. You are welcome into a practice exactly as you are. The course is online. You will receive a link to the online classroom and instructions before the course starts.

Meditation and Relaxation – Online and on site course

We meet for a session of centering, stretching, relaxation, breathing and meditation. We practice the three pillars of meditation: posture, relaxation and breathing. Mantra and Tibetan Mindfulness techniques are taught and practiced. This training calms the mind from excessive thinking, promoting better sleep and mood, and higher levels of concentration and relaxation in your day. It helps both to alleviate depression and stress.
